1.

  1. Contact your assessor at any stage of your qualification. Their contact details will be provided during enrolment, so you can reach out whenever you need guidance, clarification, or reassurance about your studies.

  2. Use your student portal to request support directly alongside a resource or assessment. This makes it easier to explain where you need help and allows your assessor to quickly identify the exact question, task, or issue you are referring to.

  3. Microsoft Teams chat gives you an opportunity to share ideas with classmates and learn together in a supportive environment. It also allows your assessor to join the conversation when group guidance is needed, which can help clarify common concerns and keep everyone progressing confidently.

  4. Live-streamed tutorials bring the class together to discuss questions and challenges that students may be experiencing. These sessions are especially valuable when several students need help with similar topics. They also provide an opportunity to benefit from your assessor’s practical knowledge and experience, helping you build understanding in a clear and engaging way.

  5. You can also book a 30-minute one-to-one support session with your assessor. This option is available if you would like more personalised assistance or extra time to talk through a specific issue. While many students find the first four support options meet their needs, individual sessions remain an important pathway for focused guidance.

These five support options are available so you can choose the approach that best suits your circumstances, study preferences, and current needs. You are encouraged to use them whenever support will help you stay on track and continue making steady progress in your course. Whether you need a quick answer, shared discussion, or individual guidance, there is a support option to help you move forward with confidence and make the most of your learning experience throughout your qualification today.
