How can I get support as a student?
Five levels of support, which one will you choose?
AMA Queensland Education and Training Institute has five levels of support you can access. What level you choose is completely up to you and your circumstances.

1. Contact your assessor at any stage. They will give you their contact details on enrolment into the qualification
2. Your student portal allows you to link the support you need with a resource or assessment. This is great if you are stuck on a particular question or issue and want to point your assessor to the location of it.
3. Microsoft teams chat allows you to bounce your ideas around with your class mates, it also allows your assessor chime in if you need further support as a group
4. Live streamed tutorials allow the class to come together as a group and discuss any questions most students are consistently stuck on. This is also a great way to gain more knowledge from your assessors lived experience
5. Lastly, book a 30 minute 1-1 support session with your assessor. Generally this is the avenue students use least as the first four tend to tick the box for most.
